Shipping Policy


WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST YOU?

Shipping costs depend on order weight and destination. We try to often run free shipping offers to treat our customers with the best values on the market. Otherwise shipping cost will be calculated during check out. We try to ship from a closer warehouse, most frequently directly from China so we can keep the shipping cost as low as possible. However free items don't qualify for free shipping. As we are sourcing our products from multiple vendors around the world, and we want to keep the costs low, packages may arrive in separate units.

CUSTOM FEE'S

In the unlikely case, that the customs got hold of an item and asking for Fee's to pay up on the regular price, the customer is liable to cover those occurring Fee's. Our fulfillment centers will add low value to the shipment so that most of the times will help you out - thus rarely customs will still hold it for a fee.

HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE?
United States

We ship out from multiple international warehouses. Depending on the Warehouse, demand and current stock, it usually takes 7-24 Business Days, until you'll receive your order. It depends on the location and product. Some products may require some handcrafting work in advance, that will delay the shipping by a few days.

Outside The United States: 

Please allow us a time-frame of 18-36 Business Days for shipping the goods to you. Exceptions are countries like Peru and South America, where shipping can take up to 58 Business Days.

We apologize for any inconveniences that may occur, as in individual cases, we may run out of stock on products we've had plenty of orders on and have to re-order them. Thus, Shipping, though very rarely, can be delayed. In all cases, we will inform you of all stages of shipping.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

To ensure low costs at still high quality, we don't always offer tracking codes, on promotional ***FREE*** offers. Neither we do accept refunds for those promotions.

MISSING PACKAGE(S)?

In the unlikely event, your items won't arrive at your door, check the following things:
1) Has one of your flatmate picked up your item?
2) Is there a similar address nearby, where it could have been mistakenly delivered to?
3) Call your post office and ask them about your package
